Can anyone tell me where I can get the bump wafer (complete with solder
ball) for each deposition technique
(electroless/electroplated/evaporated/sputtering). I would like to use that
at my university for some basic study.
Also where can I get the unbump wafer that I can use for electroless
bumping. Again this is also for basic study at my university.
