Dear all,

 I was wondering if any of you has experience in electrical contact to 2D
hole gas in p-type GaAs grown, by MBE, at ~280 C. I normally diffuse
Zn annealing at 450 C (sample grown at 580 C) but with this particular
sample I am limited by the low temperature at which it has been grown.
Do you have any suggestion or reference I can look into?
