hi all,
    how to cancelling bridge imbanlance, in  Differential capacitive sensor.
Charge Sense amplifier mentioned  in http://www-
bsac.eecs.berkeley.edu/~boser/pdf/circuits.pdf by pro.Boser.is used as the
interface circuit.while due to the defection of fabrication, the cx1 and cx2 can
not be equal in fact ,there must be nozero output ,even the sensor has no
input.Anyone can give me a hand?
