MEMS / MST Inquiry

Hi,

I'm currently making a list of institutes, universities or companies
involved in MEMS/MST, especially those having public and/or private
processing facilities.
This is NOT a commercial inquiry, so you won't find your mailbox filled
with advertisements. The aim is to make a survey for educational purpose
and will allow to position and orient our current activities. Eventually
the results will be posted to the MEMS and MST mailing lists.

All information is useful. Maybe such list already exists, so I'll
appreciate it if you let me know. Moreover, if your main activities are
not related to MEMS/MST, but in some way you are connected to it, your
answer is welcome. Also if you just know the name of a company...

Please indicate if you don't want this information to be forwarded to
any other third party:
