I need to find a company (preferably, but not necessarily, on the west
coast) that can apply a resist layer to a 2.5" square of aluminum oxide
and image some 1 mil (25 microns) wide, free-standing bars at at least 1
to 2 mils (25 to 50 microns) tall. Do you have any suggestions?
