I am trying to find appropriate polyimide either photodefinable or
standard to coat 20 micron of dielectric layer film. I'm mainly concerned
on the dielectric constant property to be around 3.3 to 3.5, and
resolution of at least 20 microns. Can anyone give me advices on the
selection of polyimides. Will photodefinalbe polymide be applicable for the
above specs?
