Greetings,
My suggestion HD 2771 it is dated however available ,it uses a water soluble
developer like MF 321. once developed you use DI water to remove the
unwanted PI.
Advantage no odor,no strong chemicals
Perfect for your application.
Kind Regards
Walter

Brandon,

You can go to HD microsystems website to look for such polyimides.
For photodefinable thick films, try to look for PI-2731, PI-2771 or HD-8820.

Good luck.
