Nail polish?  Interesting application  I used to stuff to mask gold from =
TFA gold etch.  The problem is, you can't really buy the stuff in big =
quantities - one way is to buy "lacquer" (Minwax or other brand as long =
as it is lacquer) at your hardware store.  You can dilute it with =
acetone to get the viscosity you want.  Acetone is also the way to go to =
remove it.

Would you believe...

Nail polish?

Some associates of mine are using it to insulate gold wire bond wires =
from
mercury. They say most types work, except "glitter" nail polish.
