Need to make micro tunneling device based on ZnSe and ZnCdSe. Any one  can
suggest the metal to make contact on n type ZnSe or ZnCdSe? We got  a thermal
eveporator to eveporate metlas, and the size of my device  would be several
micro meters.
  I heard about ITO, but is there anything else can be tried on thermal
eveporator? or maybe there is, but it is still a secrete of somebody. :)
