Drills of that scale are fairly easy to find.

McMaster Carr (www.mcmaster.com) has high speed steel and cobalt steel
"micro" drills as small as 50 microns.
Performance Micro Tool (www.pmtnow.com) has micro grain tungston
carbide drills as small as 100 microns.

These are the two vendors I typically use for all of my
micro-mechanical machining needs, for both micro-endmills and
micro-drills. Good luck with the glass drilling.

Hi everybody.,

I am looking for drill bits for drilling glass. If
anyone have idea of suppliers providing drill bits in
the range of 500-700 micrometer (0.5mm-0.7 mm), pls
Inform me.
