Methanol as lubricant for PDMS alignment/bonding

Thank you for sharing your experiences, Joe. What you described was actually
quite similar to the cases that I've met.
I've recently tried "1 or 2 drops of methanol" on PDMS which has a surface
area of about 2 or 3 cm^2. Using few methanol makes it slightly better, I
mean bonding, than using more methanol, but still not as good as other
people reported.
I'll try your suggestions soon. THanks
