Dear MEMS community,
I am currently searching for information on the current carrying
capability of thin metal films,
i.e. the current density I can apply before the film is destroyed by
electromigration.
More specifically, I am looking at 0.1-1 µm thick Al, Cu, Ti and Cr films.

Is there a relevant paper or textbook someone can recommend?
