Hi guys,

We have a strange problem now.
Silicon nitride deposited by PCVD seems to be etched by thin TMAH which is
for just
typical development of photo resist.
Does anyone know if TMAH can etch silicon nitride in case of containing
something in it or good reference regarding such phenomenon?

We would be very appreciate for any suggestion.
