Hi Experts and Guys.,

Good morning. I am doing PDMS bonding at various
conditions and interested in doing pull test of PDMS
/Si wafer.

I have to stick PDMS with Al soccle (holder) inorder
to perform Pull test. Tha adhesion between PDMS and Al
soccle should be better than between PDMS and Si
inorder to do pull test.

What/Which glue can be used to get a better adhesion
of PDMS with Al??.
