thin hard (poly)siloxane coatings

Dear all,

I need to make the hard and smooth transparent polymer coatings on PDMS and
Quartz substrates.
Up to the moment I use one hard siloxane coating (TOKUYAMA TS-56H) with
dip-coating sequence.
This siloxane solution makes the stable smooth layers with a RI=1.46 and
film thickness about 1.0um - 2.5um.
Dose anybody known one of the same products?

Best regards,

Vitali Emelianov
