Hi:

I am looking for a cheap way to laminate tapes onto 4" wafers.  I've been
doing it by hand, but have lots of traped air bubbles.  I dont want to
invest in a expensive bonding/debonding system for research.  Are the hot
or pouch laminator machines suitable (as long as they can accomodate wafer
+ adhesive thickness)?  Anybody have any recommendations?
