Ron,
In a previous life I worked for a small chemical company called
RhoChem. They tried to sell reconstituted resist. They would filter,
clean and prepare the resist using Gel Permeation Chromatography to
demonstrate the recovered resist was identical to the original at half
the price. The total interest at just about all the major resist users
was zero.

Has anyone tried to recover used resist? If so, what is your filtration
and reconstitution method? Do you check viscosity? How about third
parties interested in buying used chemicals? I appreciate your input.
