Industrial Sensors and Measurements) at OSU.  His e-mail is

micro-devices, available from CRC.

I am looking for an author or authors who might be interested in writing a
book on MEMS with an emphasis on MEMS developments in Measurement and
Control. I know that MEMS is actually changing the manufacture of sensors
as
we know it and that MEMS technology is being use in accelerometers and in
the aerospace and defense industries.
If you are interested in this project or know anyone who might either want
to advise me on it or work on it, I would very much like to hear from you.
If you don't think there is enough information to warrant a book on this
topic, I'd like to know about that, too.
