Dear Wouter

Re the below.

I have been looking for very small pressure sensors to monitor thermo-set
epoxy adhesives as they are curing.

The sensors would be placed in the epoxy between 2 sheets of metal and the
pressure monitored as the system is cured. Temperatures up to 170C with
pressures expected to go up to at most 2 atmospheres (200kPa). The sensors
would be permanently bonded into the system.
Ideally the sensors would also be thin (less than 100um) but thick sensors
could be used in laboratory experiments to prove the concept.

Would your sensor operated over this range? If they are temperature
dependent I could use a dummy sensor as a reference.
