Miller Stephenson makes a product- MS-111 epoxy stripper that works pretty
good to remove cured epoxies.
Not sure as to what effect it might have on your sensors though, as the
sample would need to be soaked in the stripper for some time.

Subject: [mems-talk] dissolving cured epoxy glue

Hello,

I have attached some silicon sensors to an aluminium setup with epoxy glue
and now I want to disconnect them.

I am looking for a way to dissolve this cured epoxy glue.

Heating of it for 3 hours on a hot plate with 200-300 degree C was one
option to dissociate that glue but that was not successful.
