I have succesfully used Circuit Works CW-2400 2-part conductive epoxy to
install piezoceramic actuator/sensor elements on aluminum beams and plates,
and to connect electrical leads to their electrode surfaces.

This adhesive is manufactured by Chemtronics Inc. in Kennesaw, Georgia (USA)
