pH adjusting of NiP plating bath

Hi,

I am trying to get NiP pattern with plating. Anyone have relevant
experience? Some papers reported that the bath's pH value should be
around 3-5. The as obtained bathes have pH near 0-1wether you use H3PO4
or NaH2PO3. The normal way to get this value is add NaOH but I found it
is quite hard to handle it since NaOH reacts with Ni2SO4 and the product
is not easy-solving in water?

Any comments and suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks!

Zhang
