Hi,

I have a question regarding dielectric on metal characterization. I
have deposited SiO2 on gold and would like to do an SEM to
characterize the adhesion of the SiO2 to gold but since SiO2 is an
insulator it will charge. Is there another way to characterize the
interface between SiO2 and gold?
