Dear Da-xiang:

The best paper I've come across regarding the computation and
measurement of noise in microbolometers (fore current and not
voltage-biased microbolometers) is "Apparatus for the study of the IR
multiple-photon resonances of polyatomic molecules via th eoptothermal
technique. II. The superconducting bolometer", in Rev. Sci. Instrum, 61
(5) pp. 1379-1389 (1990).

Good luck. Let me know if you find other good ones.

Thomas
