how to make SU8 (permanent) hydrophlic?

Hi everyone,
I want make SU8 surface hydrophilic. I know O2 plasma will do the job, but
just temporarily hydrophilic. I want to make SU8 keep hydrophilic for a
while (at least a week). Myabe I can modify the SU8 surface with silane?
What specific silane should I use? In addition, I want the SU8 end up with
a negative charge, so amine-silane will not work. Thank you!
