Hongzhi, you can put the aluminum in boiling water for one hour and form
boehmite, which is a form of aluminum oxide that will be thicker than
native oxide and might work, or oxydize the aluminum, by creating a hard
anodized surface.
The easiest would be the boiling water for an hour.
