Hi King,
The following is a great study investigating solvent compatibility with
PDMS:
J. N. Lee, C. Park, and G. M. Whitesides, "Solvent compatibility of
poly(dimethylsiloxane)-based microfluidic devices," Analytical Chemistry,
vol. 75, pp. 6544-6554, 2003.

Kind regards,
Chris Bliss

Subject: [mems-talk] Question on PDMS micro channels

Hi all,

I am planning to make micro channels and chambers by PDMS, but
acetone/alcohol will flow inside the micro channels. I would like to know if
acetone and alcohol attack PDMS channel. Did anybody has experience in using
acetone in PDMS channel?
