If you are concerned about biocompatibility and your device can take
temperatures up to 325-350C you might try using polyimide as an epoxy. This has
worked for us in the past.

Thank you Gareth, Kirth and Nichols.
We are currently gluing the capillaries with siliconic glue since we
are concerned about biocompatibility of epoxy, unfortunately the
siliconic glue does not provide sufficient sealing. We are just
looking to some literature to find out whether epoxy is compatible
with our procedures or not.
