Hi Ebin,
This reference has been very valuable to me over the years:
U.S. Patent # 4,279,707 to Anderson et al of IBM.
Use a pure Ni 99.99 anode
Best of luck,
Dave

Subject: [mems-talk] NiFe or NiCo electroplating

Dear MEMS fellows,

Does anyone know where to buy commercial NiFe or NiCo electroplating bath?
Can we use Ni anode or we have to use alloy anode? Thanks a lot.

Rgds,
Ebin
