looking for glass+AR Cr+photoresist ("mask blank")

Hi all,

I'm looking for a supplier of glass substrates covered with an unpatterned layer
of antirreflective Chrome. The Chrome layer should be covered with a layer of
photosensitive resist. These substrates are usually called "mask blanks" as
their intended use is photomask fabrication. They are also very high quality.
Anyway, we don't intend to use them for photomask fabrication so I think lower
requisites would suffice.

Searching the mems archive and the web I have found Telic, Hoya and Schott
Lithotec, but I was wondering if there are any alternatives in Europe
(preferably Spain).

Thank you all,

Pablo.
