Hi

It's me again with my adventures in the amazing world of SiC devices!

My question is about dicing. I don't think I'm  wrong in thinking that
dicing SiC is maybe more difficult than dicing Si. So, do you have any
advice about that or did you perform already some SiC dicing ?
