We have been trying deep quartz etch (20-40um) using HF mixture for a
while, and could not find a suitable etch mask for this purpose. Though
lot of people suggest the use of Au/Cr layer, we have the problem
getting very dense and high-quality Au film. Is there any comments or
suggestions on the selection of etch mask?
