Removal of native oxide layer on Nickel

Hi again,

Sorry Dave but I think you missunderstood me. I was talking about
electroless plating. I have no possibility to connect a current to my
wafers.
I want to remove the oxide layer chemically.

Best regards,
Martin

Hi Martin,
Use cathodic activation @ 20mA/cm2 for 2 minutes in 10% sulfuric acid with a
Pt anode.

Regards,
Dave
