Where to buy a used vacuum chamber?

For that pressure range, you can make your own using some thick
aluminum or steel sheets. Should not cost more than a few hundred
bucks if you know how to weld. You can also use acrylic or plastics
but you need thicker stock and might cost more. For used equipment,
the usual places are ebay and bidservice.
