Ti anidization

I'm looking to anodize Titanium and need some advice. I have a setup to
anodize Nb, but need to find the correct solution for Ti that will not
attack Ti during anidization. Papers I have seen so far recommend using a
borate solution. There are many Borate's: Triethyl Borate, Sodium Borate,
Triethyl Borate, etc... Any suggestions on a solution to use?
