Good morning everyone.

We are interested in equipment for grinding/polishing.
-We need to produce wafers as thin as 50um
-We need to produce wafers with TTV<1 and and preferably, flatness less
than about 300nm over an area of 30x10 mm
-We don't need fully automated equipment, cos this tool will be used for
R&D purposes.
-We can accept to buy used and refurbished equipment

I'm looking for suggestions about possible brands and sellers of this kind
of equipment.
