I'm dispensing Shipley resists (S181x) without the aid of a resist
pump using a syringe. Anyone have recommendations on where to buy a
filter to reduce contamination in the resist? Standard syringe filters
don't work well with the thick resist compared to water, and they just
burst as you try to dispense.
