Dear Mems-talk,

I am wondering if any gas could be used to etch Al0.8GaAs over InGaP and GaAs
(etch AlGaAs with InGaP and GaAs intact)? I have both RIE and ICPRIE system for
this dry etch. I prefer isotropic etching.
