magnetic nano particle?

Dear colleagues,

in a future reseach project, we want to be occupied with electro-
magnetic drives in the nano meter range. For the implementation of
the function determining elements, layers and/or single elements will
above all be with it with magnetic characteristics of significant
importance.
My question: Up to which minimum geometrical size, magnetic qualities
still have ferromagnetic particle in particular?
In this case, permanent magnetic materials are from special interest
on the basis of NdFeB or SmCo.
Where are available for permanent magnetic nano particle?
Which further contacts to this are to be recommended?
Many thanks.

Yours faithfully Dr. Detlef Riemer
