Hi GQ Chu,

Check out the Metal Finishing Guidebook)2008/09.

To reduce stress:
Increase[Rh]
Increase [H2SO4]
Increase Temp.
Carbon treat
Remove inorg. Contaminants
Avoid over-heating solution!

Subject: [mems-talk] Plated Rh Stress

Hello,

Does anyone know how to bring the stress of the Rh down and what causes the
stress to go up for the Rh bath?

Does anyone know where I can find an expert in Rh plating that I can hire as
a consultant?

Thank You Very Much,
GQ Chu
