Microchannel fluidic flow rate control

Hi all,

I am looking for a system that can control the fluidic flow rate in a
microchannel (~ 200um wide and 50-100 um high). I need to drive microbeads
in the channel at a low speed (a few micro per second).

I think a commercial syringe pump might be used. Does anyone know what kind
of syringe pump can drive that low speed?

Any other choice? Can I also use gas pressure driven system? Is there any
commercial available?

Thanks in advance.
