I think most yellow filter films will reduce UV from windows. Also do
not forget the Fluorescent lights in the room. You will need to filter
these as well.

Subject: [mems-talk] Vinyl window films for UV processes

Hi

I am setting up a low cost facility for processing with SU-8
photoresist. I have read in a number of places of a vinyl film which can
be purchased which can be stuck to an existing window to provide the
necessary UV protection to the processing room. I think it needs to shut
out all UV below about 450nm. I have searched for companies to purchase
this from, but so far have not found the correct material.

Has anyone on the forum used this material before and can give
suggestions?

Thank you

Kevin
