Another problem you face in yellow rooms is determine wires colors, if
you are connecting up motors etc. I believe incandescent (regular) light
bulbs do not give off UV.

I have used yellow / orange cellophane film purchased from an art shop.
This blocked out the UV sufficiently.
Also bear in mind the people working in the room and don't over do it.
If it is too dark there may be comfort and safety issues.
