P3HT deposition layer of 100-200nm

Hi everybody,

I need to deposit P3HT (a conducting polymer) from disolution in a 10cmx10cm
substrate, and I need to control de thickness of the layer around 100-200nm. We
used to make it by spincoating with smaller substrates, now I would like to test
other techniques (doctor blade, inkjet printing...)., but I dont know if it is
possible with such thin layers.  Any suggestions?

Also, for the spincoating we used toluene for the solution, but with continuous
processes, should we change the solvent to another one with more viscosity?

Thank you very much in advance.
