There are tools for 3D Direct Laser Writing (3D DLW) which can be
purchased. Do a key workd search on 3D DLW. The cover article of the
current issue of "Science" has a structure defined by 3D DLW.

Subject: [mems-talk] pattering metal using laser

Hi,

I am trying to pattern metal tracks on glass wafer using laser without
using a photolithography mask.

Is there is process for that? Is there a photoresist that can be
patterned by green or UV3 laser beams?

kind regards
