Using an airbrush for spray coating the photoresist sounds like an
interesting option.
Does anyone have any estimates of the film thickness and uniformity that can
be
achieved using this method? Also, which photoresist and solvent combination
is normally used with an airbrush?

Thanks,
-Ameya
