Thanks for all your answers.
I guess it could be difficult to get the whole parameters at the same
time: we need to annneal some films at moderate temp. (between 80 and
200°C) under vacuum (about 10-1, 10-2 mbar) but i need also to anneal at
high temperature (about 700°C) under gas flow (mainly N2).
I just need to have an idea of the price in order to ask for some money
.... but it is quite urgent.
