hello all,
   I need to add a spin coater and a hot plate in our clean room for fabrication
of microliquid devices (PDMS). I want to know whether  it will cause micro
grains/particles in the air influencing photolithography fabrication when I
perform PDMS spray and bake. Is an air exhaust  needed? Thanks!
