finding surfactant soluble in paraffin or silicone oil phase

Hi,

I am looking for non-ionic surfactants that are water-insoluble
(immiscible) and are soluble in paraffin or silicone oil. These
surfactants will be used to lower the interfacial tension pf
aqueous/silicone or aqueous/paraffin. Please give me some hints if you
have related experiences.

Sincere,

Hong Chen
