Hello,

Can someone give me some advice on making n-well resistors in a CMOS
process, such as HP's 0.5um process?  Specifically, I want to make n-well
resistor grid arrays.  Any suggestions concerning the effects MEMS post
processing on resistor tolerances are welcome too.
